Consilium Software has announced the launch of a new artificial intelligence-powered customer experience platform aimed at streamlining customer engagement and enhancing agent productivity for enterprises worldwide.

Platform capabilities

The Consilium CX Platform brings together multiple applications within a unified environment. Features include AI-powered campaign management with UniCampaign, real-time voice, video, and co-browsing via UniVCX, and an integrated CRM and contact centre desktop through UniAgent. The platform also offers analytics and performance optimisation tools under UniQM and UniRSM, and centralised control and configuration with UniCloud and UniStudio.

The AI functionality extends to speech recognition and synthesis, enabling more natural-sounding voice interactions through UniASR and UniTTS. Integration with Splunk provides enterprises with real-time operational intelligence and actionable insights.

Consilium Software reports that more than 2,000 organisations across over 100 countries have utilised its solutions, managing upwards of five billion interactions annually. Its flagship UniSuite platform has a significant presence among large enterprises, highlighting reliability and scale as notable characteristics.
