GNX+ update streamlines global internet service management
GNX has introduced a new version of its GNX+ platform, aiming to provide enterprises with an integrated solution for designing, sourcing, and ordering global internet services. The company states the update streamlines the often fragmented process of global connectivity procurement and management.
Integrated workflow
The platform now enables users to manage the entire workflow of global internet access, including dedicated internet access, broadband, and fixed mobile services. These services are sourced from more than 3,000 internet service providers in over 190 countries, all accessible from a single screen interface.
Individual sites and services can now be added to projects one at a time, offering a guided approach to network design. The platform also supports bulk actions, such as adding multiple service details at once, to help manage larger network builds.
Operational visibility
The updated platform provides users with a consolidated view of their entire global wide area network estate. This includes details for every site, service, and order within the organisation. A status-based workflow allows users to pause and later resume their service design work at any time, enhancing flexibility and operational planning.
Single platform management
GNX+ aims to simplify global network management by combining configuration, sourcing, ordering, and performance management into a single data-driven experience. The platform now features instant pricing information in key global markets, diversity options for network resilience, and detailed insights into underlay services globally.
"For the first time, users can rely on one single platform across the entire connectivity lifecycle: from configuring and ordering global internet services to managing the day-to-day performance of their WAN. We're turning what used to be a multi-step, long manual process into a single intelligent data-driven experience," said Rick Mur, CTO, GNX.
Customer benefits
GNX highlights that these changes are designed to reduce manual effort and operational friction when managing network sourcing projects. The company expects users will benefit from faster project deployments, lower costs, and a simplified procurement process.
"This is an exciting step for our platform, with each feature designed to remove friction from the traditional network sourcing process. Customers will directly benefit from more efficient operations, cost reductions, and faster deployments," said Elisavet Pliakopanou, Director Platform & Wholesale, GNX.
Market position
The platform's updates position it as a tool for enterprises seeking greater agility and transparency in global network procurement and management.
"Enterprises want agility and transparency, not bureaucracy. GNX+ gives them exactly that - the power to design, compare, and procure global network services on their terms. It is that straightforward," said Mur.
