Verint announces strategic partnership with Zoom enhancing CX solutions
The Customer Engagement Company, Verint, made an announcement regarding its partnership with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. Confirming the launch of the ISV Exchange Program with Verint's open platform, the partnership is based on a unique open architecture that combines Verint's customer experience automation solutions with Zoom's offerings.
Over the past year, Verint has been working in partnership with Zoom on integrating their open platform with Zoom's unified communications solutions, as well as Zoom Contact Center.
