StarHub has secured its place in the 2025 Fortune Southeast Asia 500, ranking 187th among the region's largest companies by revenue.

This recognition aligns with the company's 25th anniversary in Singapore, underscoring a period marked by steady growth and a strategic focus on both the enterprise and consumer sectors.

Performance overview

StarHub reported total revenue of USD $2.4 billion for the 2024 financial year, representing a 1.4% increase from the previous year. Net profit rose to USD $161.7 million, reflecting a 7.7% year-on-year improvement.

Enterprise operations played a significant role in this performance, with revenue from this segment increasing by 14.1% as StarHub expanded its reach across Southeast Asia. Meanwhile, the consumer segment maintained its strength, supported by continued growth in mobile services and sustained leadership in broadband and entertainment offerings.

The company, which was ranked 184th in the 2024 Fortune Southeast Asia 500, described its continued presence on the list as evidence of the momentum it has built across the region. In its 25th year, StarHub has focused on building trusted relationships and delivering value to its customers, communities, and partners.

Market strategy

Looking ahead to the coming financial year, StarHub has outlined several strategic priorities. The company aims to strengthen its established positions in mobile, broadband and entertainment, as well as continue the development of its enterprise business and digital infrastructure initiatives, including the Cloud Infinity platform.

As it marks its 25th year, StarHub remains focused on what matters — building trusted relationships, delivering everyday value, and making it count for customers, communities, and partners.

According to StarHub, "Enterprise was a key growth driver, with revenue rising 14.1% as StarHub expanded across the region. The Consumer segment remained strong, with growth in Mobile and maintained leadership in Broadband and Entertainment."

Regarding future initiatives, the company has stated: "Looking ahead, StarHub will continue to deliver simple, reliable technology that meets real needs. Priorities for FY2025 include strengthening its presence in mobile, broadband and entertainment, while growing its Enterprise Business and Modern Digital Infrastructure Platform (powered by Cloud Infinity) across the region."

Regional standing

The Fortune Southeast Asia 500 ranks the largest organisations in the region by revenue. StarHub's recurring placement in the ranking highlights its established position among leading enterprises in Southeast Asia. The firm's regional expansion and portfolio diversification were key themes in its financial disclosures for the past year, as emphasised by double-digit growth in the enterprise segment.

The company's outlook for the coming year continues to centre around core offerings in communications and entertainment, complemented by technology-driven solutions for enterprise customers. StarHub's stated objectives reflect its aim to support the everyday needs of stakeholders while broadening its role across regional markets.

The past year has also been significant in that StarHub marks its silver jubilee in Singapore, emphasising both its historical presence and its ongoing commitment to sustainable business practices and customer focus.
