Zyxel Nebula 19.30 boosts MSP multi-tenant control

Thu, 22nd Jan 2026

Zyxel Networks has released Nebula 19.30 with new cross-organisation tools aimed at managed service providers that administer networks for multiple customers.

The company said the update adds multi-tenant management features across its Nebula cloud networking platform. It also highlighted an updated version of its USG LITE 60AX security router as part of the wider Nebula product set.

Zyxel Networks positioned the release around operational challenges that service providers face when they manage multiple organisations and sites. The company cited fragmented tools, inconsistent policies, repeated manual work and administrative workloads.

Multi-tenant tools

Nebula 19.30 introduces new functions in what Zyxel Networks describes as its control centre. The release includes configuration templates for applying settings across multiple sites within an organisation. The company said the system mirrors future changes automatically.

The release also adds full-site replication. Zyxel Networks said this clones an existing site and applies settings such as WiFi SSIDs, switch port profiles and VPN policies.

Nebula 19.30 also includes backup and restore features. Zyxel Networks said administrators can back up sites in bulk, schedule automated backups and restore or roll back changes during troubleshooting.

Visibility changes

Zyxel Networks said Nebula 19.30 consolidates information across customers and previously separate views. The company said this reduces the time service providers spend tracking assets and status across multiple tools and tenants.

The update includes a refreshed MSP Portal. Zyxel Networks described it as a centralised dashboard for organisation, site and device status in a single view.

The company also added an inventory view across devices and licences. Zyxel Networks said it provides a consolidated overview across customers.

Nebula 19.30 also includes organisation-level change logs. Zyxel Networks said the logs track changes over time, including who made changes and when.

Access controls

Zyxel Networks said larger service provider teams can create security risks when they rely on shared logins. The company also cited manual user management as an operational bottleneck.

Nebula 19.30 includes role-based access control through its Admins & Teams function. Zyxel Networks said administrators can define staff roles and assign tiered access privileges.

The release also includes onboarding and offboarding workflows. Zyxel Networks said new hires can inherit predefined access through a single assignment and departing staff can be removed in one step.

The company also introduced customer grouping. Zyxel Networks said service providers can group customers with similar requirements and assign roles for different service tiers.

Product line-up

Zyxel Networks said more than 100 products work with the Nebula platform across wired, wireless, security and mobile fixed wireless access. The company framed that range as relevant for service providers that manage mixed environments across multiple customer sites.

The company highlighted the USG LITE 60AX Security Router. Zyxel Networks said the upgraded model now includes dual-WAN for network failover and a security suite. In earlier material accompanying the announcement, the company also described built-in Wi‑Fi 6 and "subscription-free security features".

"Millions of Nebula devices are now deployed across SMBs worldwide, and our MSP partners continue to shape the platform's evolution," said Mr. Gary Chen, ANZ Regional Head, Zyxel Networks. "Nebula 19.30 delivers cross-org, multi-tenancy features that are ahead of competitors in the SMB segment, giving MSPs the efficiency, clarity and control they need to manage customers at scale."

Zyxel Networks said the update targets providers supporting small and medium-sized business customers with multiple sites and a growing number of devices. The company said the new features focus on scaling administration across customers while maintaining consistent configuration and oversight.
