TrueID launches Android cloud gaming hub in Thailand

Radian Arc, TrueID and Blacknut have launched an Android cloud gaming service in Thailand called TrueID Game Hub, aimed at millions of TrueID users.
The service lets users stream Android games on smartphones and set-top boxes without downloading titles or buying a dedicated console. Games are delivered through graphics processing infrastructure installed inside telecom networks, with a focus on reducing delay for players on 5G connections.
The launch brings together three groups with distinct roles. Radian Arc, part of Submer Group, provides the underlying GPU edge platform, Blacknut supplies the game catalogue, and TrueID distributes the service to its customer base in Thailand.
Thailand has become an increasingly active mobile gaming market, while telecom operators in the region have looked for new digital services to generate more revenue from 5G network investment. Cloud gaming has drawn attention because it can shift processing away from consumer devices and into network infrastructure.
In this case, the service is built around Android gaming rather than traditional console titles. Users can access games across mobile devices and TV set-top boxes through the TrueID brand, which already has a large entertainment and lifestyle audience in the country.
Radian Arc said its infrastructure has been embedded within True IDC, linking the service closely to the telecom group's network environment. The company describes its business as placing GPU compute, storage and networking inside carrier networks, and says it works with more than 80 telecommunications networks worldwide.
The model reflects a wider push by network operators and infrastructure providers to find commercial uses for edge computing. Alongside gaming, suppliers in this area have also targeted artificial intelligence and machine learning workloads, as telecom groups seek to use local processing resources for services that are sensitive to latency.
For Blacknut, the Thai launch expands a distribution model that relies on both direct consumer subscriptions and partnerships with telecoms, internet service providers, device makers and media groups. Its platform is available in more than 65 countries and offers more than 1,000 games through more than 150 licensing partnerships.
David Cook, Co-CEO of Radian Arc, described the network tie-up as central to the project. "True Corporation has built one of Southeast Asia's most advanced 5G networks, and this partnership puts that infrastructure to work in a way that directly benefits consumers," Cook said. "By embedding Radian Arc's GPU edge infrastructure within True IDC and pairing it with Blacknut's gaming catalogue, we are bringing premium Android gaming to millions of Thai users on the devices they already own."
The Thai market offers a large potential audience for that approach because mobile devices are already the main way many consumers access games and entertainment. The service is positioned as a way to widen access to premium games without requiring users to upgrade hardware.
Blacknut also pointed to the scale of gaming activity in the country. "At Blacknut, we are proud to partner with TrueID under True Corporation and Radian Arc to bring Android cloud gaming to Thailand at scale," said Olivier Avaro, chief executive of Blacknut. "Thailand has one of the most engaged gaming communities in Southeast Asia, and this collaboration allows us to put a premium Android gaming catalogue into the hands of millions of new players, on any device, instantly."
True Digital Group framed the launch as part of a broader consumer entertainment offer built on mobile usage and 5G access. It also said it would introduce a promotional offer for selected cloud gaming packages in Thailand.
"Thailand's gaming market is maturing rapidly, and our subscribers expect world-class digital experiences," said Phattharaset Noonpuckdee, senior leader, Video Tribe, Digital Media, True Digital Group. "We are creating a powerful new entertainment offering through our True5G network that is accessible, affordable and built for how Thai consumers use their smartphones today."
"To celebrate this partnership, we are launching an exclusive buy-one-get-one-free deal on participating cloud gaming packages," Noonpuckdee added. "Starting May 14, 2026, Thai gamers can enjoy premium entertainment with even better value. Our partnership is focused on bringing a world-class experience to gamers on Thailand's best network."
