Rainbow Hub delivers integrated Cloud PBX capabilities alongside Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise's existing suite of collaboration and videoconferencing tools. The platform is structured to provide organisations with a secure, scalable, and comprehensive cloud solution encompassing telephony, messaging, and video on a single platform.

These include Rainbow Carrier Connect, a cloud-to-cloud connectivity option for integration between operators and Rainbow, enabling rapid deployment through certified carriers. The company also offers a Bring Your Own Trunk (BYOT) feature, allowing customers to maintain relationships with their current operators while accessing Rainbow Hub's cloud features.
Artificial intelligence capabilities are also being incorporated, facilitating background blurring, ambient noise reduction, and planned expansions into communication transcription and translation services.
