StarHub unveils Lunar New Year 2026 bundle bonanza

Mon, 26th Jan 2026

StarHub has launched a Lunar New Year 2026 promotional campaign in Singapore across mobile, broadband and pay TV, with multi-service bundles, multi-line discounts and in-store activities running through early March.

The offers centre on discounts tied to bundling and upgrades. StarHub said customers who take any two of its services can receive a 12-month HBO Max Standard subscription. Existing customers can also qualify if they add a second service and renew or upgrade their current plan.

Bundle incentives

StarHub positioned the HBO Max offer as part of a wider set of promotions aimed at households that combine services under one account. The company is also offering a new-customer broadband package with an initial free period on its HomeHub+ 10Gbps plan.

The HomeHub+ 10Gbps bundle includes 10Gbps broadband and a WiFi 7 router. It also includes Asian+ with Viu Premium, an HBO Pack with HBO Max Standard, and 24 months of TV+ Pro. StarHub listed the price as starting from SGD $70.72 a month after the free period.

On mobile, StarHub is offering multi-line discounts on its 5G Unlimited+ plans. Customers who sign up for three 5G Unlimited+ lines under one Hub ID receive a fourth line at no charge.

Device promotions

The campaign also includes device-related promotions for customers who take selected 5G Unlimited+ plans. StarHub said new sign-ups or customers porting in can receive up to SGD $388 off with a device purchase, subject to selected plans and stock availability.

StarHub also referred to additional bundle-related savings linked to the mobile promotions. It said the combined discounts can reach up to SGD $988, with an additional SGD $188 in bundle savings cited in the offer summary.

In the media alert, StarHub made a broader claim about how it packages streaming services with some subscriptions. "StarHub is the only telco on the market offering free OTT services bundled across the entire subscription period with its TV and broadband packages, so customers continue to enjoy more without needing to manage add-ons separately."

Retail activity

StarHub is also running in-store activities during February. From mid-February, the company plans a Lucky Hongbaos digital giveaway promotion in its stores, with prizes available through participation.

StarHub said it will set up trade-in booths at selected stores on two February weekends. The company plans lion dance performances near its Paragon and Tampines stores over the same festive period.

For pay TV customers, StarHub said it will run a free preview window for more than 90 channels during a week in February. The offer applies to all StarHub TV customers.

The company framed the campaign around family and group consumption of telecoms and entertainment services during the holiday period.

"When everyone comes together, the good deals follow."

StarHub is a Singapore-based telecommunications and media company. It provides mobile and fixed-line services, broadband and TV, and also sells digital services to corporate and government clients.

The Lunar New Year campaign includes offers for new customers and existing subscribers who renew, upgrade, or add additional services. StarHub said the retail activities and channel preview sit alongside the service bundles and device promotions during the festive period.
